Hello fellow MMS-ers

My partner and I have started taken MMS and DMSO orally and topically down the spine and back area.

We both have had cold-like symptoms, runny and blocked nose and tiredness since adding DMSO. We were OK when we were taking 6-7 drops of MMS hourly alone.

However, he is complaining that his stomach feels swollen. It doesn't look swollen to me but that is what he is saying it feels like.

Has anyone experienced this or know why this could be happening?

Also, I am not sure if I am getting the full effect of the MMS/DMSO topically. Because of my work, I apply the MMS/DMSO on my skin in the morning around 7.00 leave it on for 30 mins then lightly rinse. While it's on my back I usually have breakfast, so that there is at least 1 hour before my breakfast and MMS.

I leave for work and start my first doses at 8.30 and continue until 7.30 in the evening. My concern is this, should I be applying the DMSO on my skin after I start my hourly doses? I say this as I don't have MMS in my system to zap the herpes virus.

When I get home, I take my 5.30 dose, shower and apply the MMS/DMSO around 5.50 and continue with my hourly doses until 7.30pm (my last dose).

Is the first MMS/DMSO on my skin a waste of time since there is no MMS in my system?

Regards

Hi,

No MMS is a waste of time ;)

My belly is swelling like a balloon too when I took more than 1 drop of mms orally a time. I don't know why my body reacts that way.

When I started mms I had the runny nose too. It lasted for a few days. Tiredness: yes, that too. The last two symptoms are common indications of detoxification like diarrhea and sweating.

loll.......Hi guys,

@ Delite
I felt a swollen tummy too so I took 6 caps of Oxy-powder one hour after my last dose of mms right before bed, problems solved. The oxy says to take 4 but I too 6 just in case since I dont have time for that now. I didnt want to take it constantly so that it would not interfere with the mms.

If you are experiencing swelling, that's because you should be taking probiotics.

Taking probiotics is perfectly safe, it has helped me a lot with swelling.
