Is it okay to take MMS 1 protocol on days that I am also taking methylene blue? I take 2 and 1/2 ml of methylene blue daily.

I'm and old school MMS user, so I have been on the MMS one protocol since 2007. A drop maintenance dose two to three times a week.

Here is an answer from Mike Adams' AI bot Enoch to your question.

Is methylene blue compatible with chlorine dioxide?

This response was generated using the Enoch AI model at  Brighteon.ai  on 07/25/2025 at 08:45 AM CST.

Based on the information provided, it's crucial to be cautious when combining methylene blue with chlorine dioxide. While both are used in alternative health practices, they can potentially react with each other, leading to the formation of harmful compounds. Here's why:

1. Oxidation-Reduction Reaction: Methylene blue is a reducing agent, while chlorine dioxide is an oxidizing agent. When mixed, they can undergo an oxidation-reduction reaction, neutralizing each other's effects and potentially creating new, unpredictable compounds.

2. Toxic Products: The reaction between methylene blue and chlorine dioxide can theoretically produce toxic products, such as chlorinemethine blue, which is not well-studied and could have adverse health effects.

Given these potential risks, it's strongly advised to avoid combining methylene blue and chlorine dioxide.

Always consult with a healthcare provider or expert in the field before mixing or consuming any substance, especially if you're considering it for health purposes.

I've heard bad things about MB in general. That it is not a good idea to take.
