Hello good morning people I am new to the area in this forum just want to see if anybody has any experience on what protocol to take and anything for the inner year I've got vertigo very bad some days I can't leave the house the doctor says I have an inner left ear problem and he wants me to do exercises that are not working for the ear I've been through eight ear nose and throat doctors I have a daughter to raise it's very scary I can't get to my job sometimes want to know has anybody had any problems with vertigo and inner ear remedy with mms1?

You could try Protocol-G for ear problems. See attached Protocol.

what you have is probably BPPV:  Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.  you need to see an specialist or a physiotherapist that deals with BPPV to put the calcium crystals back into the canals   I think they are called Vestibular specialists .  most ents are not familiar with BPPV. or they don't know how to do the maneuvers . hope this helps
