This is my first experience with CD. A week ago, I started a slightly modified 1000 protocol. For the first couple of days, I took 6 drops a day of CD with no adverse effects. So, I increased dosage to 12 drops a day CD for 3 days with no adverse effects. Next, I increased dosage to 24 drops a day. On the third day at 24 drops/day, I started to have diarrhea. The diarrhea became so watery and intense that I could not leave the house. So, I started increasing the time between dosages in an attempt to mitigate but with no discernable effect. About the same time the diarrhea started, I noticed a rash on my chest and genitals.

At this time, I have not dosed for 36 hours but I continue to have watery diarrhea and rash persists. I fasted for 24 hours to see if that would resolve. Fasting provided some relief from abdominal issues but shortly after eating a light test meal, the diarrhea returned with a vengeance. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Too much, too fast. Overdosing is common. Follow the Three Golden Rules.

As you slowly increase dosing, stay at your new dosage for a few days before increasing again and by only one drop for the increase for the day. One drop of MMS is very powerful, as you are finding out.

You could also try taking binders (see attached PDF) to help remove toxins from your body. Your detox pathways need to free flowing and not clogged up.

I presume you are using 4% HCL and NOT 50% citric acid activator.

Thanks for your response. I was using 4% HCL and recognize that I was moving too quickly and had to regroup. My body responded favorably to the addition of activated charcoal and bentonite clay as a binders which also alleviated the intense diarrhea. I also picked up a copy of MMS Health Recovery Guidebook to help make sense of all the information.
