I been taking CDS and acidified sodium chlorite since the beginning of the year.
And like 45 days into taking it I caught a cold. It's been like one of the worst colds I ever had and longest too.
I been having something in my chest for like years that my body was fighting with, that has been my feeling not a conclusion from some medical check-up. And in this cold that I been having I am eliminating a lot of mucus by coughing.
Can this whole thing be like a healing crisis ? Or I just caught a harder to deal with cold that I would have gotten it anyway?
To add more to the context: I been taking 16 drops of acidified sodium chlorite 5 times a day and 24 ml of CDS 6 times a day. I been combining this, because I have a special diet to lose weight and I cannot fit in the protocol 1000 into my schedule. So I been doing the second best thing, which might be better than not taking CD at all. And at first I thought CDS is the best, I listened to Andreas Kalcker a lot, but Kerri Rivera prefers acidified sodium chlorite. I started low and slow, but at the time that I got that cold I was on the full dose specified. I also met with a few friends that had it themselves and they were talking that many people are having a cold during this period of time.

Hello,
I been taking CDS and acidified sodium chlorite since the beginning of the year.
And like 45 days into taking it I caught a cold. It's been like one of the worst colds I ever had and longest too. For colds and flu, try CDS Protocol-F followed by Protocol-C which could be C10, C20, or C30 the next 6 hours. There is also a MMS1 'frequent' protocol. It is attached to this message.
That would be five, 3 drop MMS1 hourly doses and six hourly doses of 4ml of CDS daily?
I been combining this, because I have a special diet to lose weight and I cannot fit in the protocol 1000 into my schedule. So I been doing the second best thing, which might be better than not taking CD at all. Please provide details of this special diet, so we can determine if it is interfering with CLO2 doses or not.
And at first I thought CDS is the best, I listened to Andreas Kalcker a lot, but Kerri Rivera prefers acidified sodium chlorite. Kerri says that CDS will not work with autism, because CDS does not go beyond the stomach. The residual SCS in MMS1 can go into the small intestine and activate there.
I started low and slow, but at the time that I got that cold I was on the full dose specified. I also met with a few friends that had it themselves and they were talking that many people are having a cold during this period of time.

Yes, more precisely I am taking five, 4 drop doses of MMS1 5 times a day and at the same dosing hours I also take five 4ml of CDS a day..
Please provide details of this special diet, so we can determine if it is interfering with CLO2 doses or not.
I am eating 2 small to medium meals a day and in between to keep myself satiated I eat fruits, it's very effective for weight loss. I lost a lot of weight and I still have a bit more to lose. I started to search for information about antioxidant content for each fruit, vegetable, herb etc that I consume. And many of them are surprisingly high or medium level of antioxidants. How bad do you think it is for my MMS doses if I consume cherries or spring onions in my foods, and I wait like 1 hour and a half in between doses? Cherries are very low in vitamin C but high in other antioxidants. I plan to buy some test strips myself and squeeze the juice of a few cherries or watermelon and put some 500 ppm MMS into their juice and see how much does it lose in potency. Will it be like 50% less potent, or 75% or 25%?
I read recently frum Jim Humble older book and he was giving people fresh pineapple juice with their MMS doses when he was in Africa and it seemed like it worked. And Pineapples are naturally high in vitamin C.
Maybe I am overthinking it, I attached a list with antioxidant content in some fruits. Should I worry about eating some of those fruits? I am thinking of raising up the dose to the levels Kerri Rivera recommends, but I am afraid I will do it for nothing if the foods I eat destroys the MMS.

Importance of Stomach Acid
Published on: April 5, 2026
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …
