Found on page 63 in the book
"Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO) in Trauma and Disease"
by STANLEY W. JACOB and JACK C. DE LA TORRE
"Scleroderma is a connective tissue disease that involves changes in the skin, blood vessels, muscles, and internal organs, and it is thought to be caused by the accumulation of collagen.106
It should be noted that DMSO application has been reported to reduce collagenous fibers in animals and in scleroderma patients.107,108
Scherbel109 reported that cutaneous ulcers in scleroderma (systemic sclerosis) were seen to resolve after 2 weeks following topical applications of 35% DMSO applied three times daily. Patients receiving 35% DMSO had the topical dose increased to 46% after 2 days, and DMSO applications were reduced as ulcer healing appeared. As ulcers healed during a 6-month observation period, joint motion, grip strength, and skin softening were recorded to improve in 19 of 22 patients who participated in the study.109"

I have a type of Muscular Dystrophy. And similar to your disease they claim there is no cure. Don't worry about that so much because even if they are correct, one thing is for sure...chlorine dioxide will get your overall health in a much much better place. You'll feel much better in so many ways that whatever your disease throws at you, you'll be able to deal with it better. And continuing on a maintenance dose you can change diet, look at supplements, and try other remedies. But know this: I have found that chlorine dioxide to be the most powerful and best things in my toolbox for health. It'll get you to a baseline where you can feel empowered to conquer your disease!

I have the book DMSO Nature's Healer. There is quite a bit of information about using DMSO for scleroderma in chapter 13. The author of the book is Dr. Morton Walker.
