walker0474 Topic Author Offline New Member Posts: 2 Thank you received: 0	I understand from Jim's book that you should not take tea, coffee, milk, chocolate, caffeine, herbal teas within 2 hours of taking MMS. Could you think this could be lessened to just one hour, or is the two hour rule really necessary. It does make it more challenging especially in company.

Please do not drink coffee the same day you are following a CLO2 protocol, because coffee stays effective for many hours. Of course you can eat and drink anything beginning one hour after your last CLO2 dose of the day.

And during dosing hours only eat non-antioxidant snack foods, not your usual large meal. Best to fast during dosing hours.
