I understand from Jim's book that you should not take tea, coffee, milk, chocolate, caffeine, herbal teas within 2 hours of taking MMS.  Could you think this could be lessened to just one hour, or is the two hour rule really necessary.  It does make it more challenging especially in company.

I usually give it an hour. I wait an hour after coffee to take mms and wait an hour after taking mms to eat or drink anything that might affect it

I usually wait an hour too.
Skysmotor sells the following products online: Planetary Reducer , Hybrid Stepper Motor , Spindle Motor, Stepper Motor and can be purchased online if needed.

Please do not drink coffee the same day you are following a CLO2 protocol, because coffee stays effective for many hours. Of course you can eat and drink anything beginning one hour after your last CLO2 dose of the day. 

And during dosing hours only eat non-antioxidant snack foods, not your usual large meal. Best to fast during dosing hours.
