Topical use of CDS with DMSO I started using CDS in combination to my skin.
To a clean skin I apply CDS with a brush made of natural hair.
and wait a few minutes till it gets dry. Then, another brush made of natural hair.
I apply the DMSO, hoping that it would drive the CDS deep into the tissue, being a carrier.
Is there an official procedure for using those two products together?

There is a CDS protocol for topical application of CDS. I will attach it below.

Have you tested those 'natural' hair brushes for compatibility with CDS and DMSO?

It is not recommended to tightly cover an area that has been sprayed with CDS. Doing so could cause the skin to be burned. You can spray the area once every hour.
