Hello,
I’ve been taking MMS1 for almost 6 weeks. I can’t take more than 1 drop a day divided into 8 doses and I still get herxes after 5-6 consecutive days. Based on my sensitivity and history of poor health (fatigue, brain fog, bloating) I suspect Lyme disease.
I’m writing to see if others have experienced this or if anyone has guidance for things to do differently. I plan to follow The Golden Rules and cut back to 1/8 drop 4 times a day and see if that helps.

It is possible that you may have a genetic mutation called MTHFR. See attached PDF file.

Hey!
I really appreciate your message. I have a history of methylation issues and I took large doses of folate and methyl b12 today and I’m feeling a lot better!
I plan to start Freddd’s Methylation Protocol to see if that helps

The 3 PDF files are not viewable. This forum software has problems when uploading files.

Try again and only upload them, don't insert them into your message.

Thanks.
