Thank you very much, CLO2! So far I've always made sure that my stomach was empty, after taking a dose. How strange, that I took this as mandatory, based on Jim's instructions to not eat 1.5 hour before and after a dosage.
The effect of drinking a maintenance dose, was very often nausea, that lasts only a few minutes and then subsides. I've always chosen to start with 1 drop, and gradually build up the number of drops, until a max. of 6.
.
I wonder if my empty stomach, before sleep, caused it. Also, the taste of citric acid and salt acid, used as activators, is truly horrible, so that I've grown a bit weary taking MMS1. I now know about the baking soda, added to the solution, and I've tested this, which makes a big differience. My cats have had great benefits from MMS1, they don't mind the taste 😉
I believe that the gaseous form of CDS is a better option for me. I'm now watching the Brighteon video of Universal Antidote for instructions. Thanks for the attachment 👍
