Hello,

I've been looking for this forum since learning of it from my Jim Humble ebook, purchased in February of 2020, along with ordering my $10 donation + S&H “sacrament” MMS (mine was quite possibly the last shipment sent before someone ruined it and caused the sacrament distribution to be shut down). I feel incredibly blessed to have received the shipment and the information in that book, and even though I prefer a real book in my hand, I’ve been thankful on countless occasions to have the electronic version because I share it with anyone I can. The incredibly affordable (and many times free) access to this invaluable information is a testament to the validity and sincerity of Jim Humble’s motives, as he obviously doesn’t share for monetary gain, so I have kept that fact in mind and send his book to those who may be helped, as I believe he would approve. I believe if my purchase can help even a single person, it was worth it. At any rate, I joined this forum and somewhere along the way, I lost my link and couldn’t find it again until just now, when I was changing some compromised passwords and realized I had it saved in my list of websites - thank you all for keeping this forum going - it’s reassuring to see the success of those who have managed to keep the schedule and benefit from such an amazing goldmine of information.

Nevertheless, I have only small victories to share regarding my own use and could use some help or encouragement. I have tried several times to complete the GHP and can’t seem to get past the first few days without messing it up and having to start over. I’ve tried setting an hourly timer, and this helps as long as I’m at home, but when I’m out and about, I find it very difficult to keep the schedule and somehow end up forgetting my supplies when I leave for the day, or some other ridiculous thing that results in my straying from the plan. During these few days, I’ve always started with the ramp up, but have resorted to a much accelerated version, as I’ve never sensed even the slightest herx reaction and find it more of a time waster than anything, but of course, each person is different. I read today that the clay protocol my be the necessary recommended first step for some, which I’m thinking I should try, since this may be the reason I haven’t noticed any herx effects (or ANY effects for that matter). I have struggled with bouts of candida for years, and I’m pretty sure my body is teeming with it and who knows how many other nasty molds and fungi. So I think I’m somewhat answering my own question here, but I would be grateful if someone has a revised version of the GHP that doesn’t require hourly dosing, or maybe something that accelerates the process in a way that would give me faster results to encourage my sticking to the program. Also, I’m curious to know if there is any information on MMS1 use and its effects on congestive heart failure. I was diagnosed with CHF in 2020 and prescribed 5 different medications, which returned my heart function to almost normal, but started getting repeated kidney infections as a result of the meds. I’ve since lost my medical coverage and have no insurance, so I don’t take medication anymore, other than to take a diarrhetic when I notice swelling in my ankles. That, along with rest seems to pull me back into a more normal state when my CHF kicks up, but the fact that MMS seems to help most everything else, it would be encouraging to know that someone else with my condition has had positive results. Part of my lack of commitment to the protocol is due to the feeling that my condition falls outside of the realm of things that can be treated with MMS. Thanks again, Rebecca.
