That would do "something". I don't know what. ('nobody' probably does)
Probably kind of like taking Charcoal Tablets/Capsules.
It would probably be better than nothing.
As usual, I always strongly suggest that people follow the protocols in
Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook".
I don't think a capsule, even the big ones, come close to one teaspoon of clay,
or even 1/2 teaspoon. (?)
You didn't say why you want to do it that way.
I now mix mine up in a large 16-oz (?) drinking mug like you buy for water.
(or whatever -- I got mine at Walmart -- it was pretty cheap)
I pour in TWO 6-oz cans of PLAIN Seltzer water and add SIX teaspoons of clay.
When I take my dose, I swirl mix the mug and pour out 4 oz into a clear glass
that I have marked with a permanent marker.
To that, I add my MMS(1) or CDS.
The taste isn't bad. MUCH better than plain water, which tastes like nasty Swamp Water.
I would suggest you do NOT let it "settle". You are missing out on most of the good clay doing that.
I swirl mine in the glass before each drink, ending up with some (a little bit of) leftover sludge in the bottom.
I think that is the best way to drink the Bentonite Clay, which basically follows the suggestions
in Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook".
I ALSO eat a half or one full English/British "Digestive Biscuit" (cookie) after each
4-oz. dose. (immediately or sometime in the next 15 minutes or half hour)
That helps insure I get plenty of fiber and some more water because the cookies
are fairly dry. Otherwise you do run the risk of constipation.
And then one or two more biscuits as a "Midnight" or After-Dinner snack.
With lots of water throughout the day.
