Hi all,

I’m moving on to Protocol 1000+. Is it still recommended to use steam distilled water or should I be using standard distilled water?

I’m currently buying from the store in 1 gallon plastic bottles. Is this ok or should I invest in a distiller? If so, which type? Any guidance here would be appreciated.

Is this for making the sodium chlorite and HCL solutions? Either distilled in a bottle or from a distiller works. I distill my own water. It's hard to trust anything coming off the store shelves any more. I know how that sounds but..... If you are asking about mixing with your drops you can use any purified water

No, this is just for mixing Protocol 1000+ (MM1 + DMSO + 4oz of water).

Is the type of water used terribly important, other than don’t use tap water?

Edit:
Sorry, I didn't read your last sentence thoroughly. Thank you!
