I have a few questions about MMS and Protocol 1000. I’m currently on day 10, taking 3 drops per dose. I did the Starting Procedure. Had a mild Herxheimer reaction when going from 2-1/2 to 3 drops so I backed down a few days and then back to 3 with no issues.

When I hit day 8 of Protocol 1000, I suddenly developed diarrhea and mild acid reflux. Neither was overly severe so I’ve continued on. The diarrhea has been ongoing for the most part and the acid reflux remains unless I eat a light snack 20 minutes before my next dose. I take  3 bites of a sandwich, like egg salad, or some hummus, or mashed potatoes.

They help but I don’t know if I’m compromising the MMS. I don’t have anything for 30 minutes before my next does, so any snacking is in a 10 minute window.

Also, does chewing gum or sucking on hard candy affect the MMS?

Thanks very much for any help!

Sounds like more Herxheimer Reaction, so "ideally" you should do the "Halving Protocol"
(as per Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook" 2019 version), like what you did
before, and work your way back up. That usually solves the problem.

MMS needs the acid in your stomach to convert more of the SCS into ClO2.
You could try using CDS, which is fully activated ClO2, and does no stomach conversion,
so people tend to find it easier on their stomachs.

Be careful with diarrhea as it can dehydrate you, especially if it is daily or thereabouts.
And you can lose minerals and electrolytes.

The small eating before the dose is probably "okay". You might be "compromising the MMS",
but who knows how much. It's impossible to tell.
Probably the 'worst case scenario' would be that you wouldn't be getting as much MMS1/ClO2
as if you didn't eat anything at all.

But you have to do what you have to do and try to do your best.
Just don't stop taking the MMS, as per JH.
"Anything" is better than nothing.

Thanks very much for the help.

I read the HRG 2016 edition a couple of time and am now reading the 2019 edition to try and learn more about how to use MMS most effectively.

I’m going to switch to HCL as an activator and see if that helps the stomach issues. I think I’ll wait and see how that goes before trying to make and use ClO2.

Thanks again for the help, it’s really appreciated
