Hi,

I moved to taking CDS, its easier to take with the taste.  I'm on day 34, and I am coming to realize that I should be doing the mold / fungus protocol.
I also realize that I should to a week of parasite cleanse.

I am wondering from those who have more knowledge and expereince, which might be the better path to take?

1.   Should I start the parasite cleanse (still intend to do the cds during it) first?  Before the mold fungus protocol?

OR

2.  Should I do the mold fungus protocol first then the parasite cleanse? Still intend to continue the cds,

Thanks kindly

If I thought I might have a mold / fungus problem, I would first follow that protocol before starting a CLO2 protocol.

Thank you for your reply, gratefully appreciated.

When I started doing the MMS / CDS, I didn't know about the mold / fungus protocol.

I do know the CDS is  very snail like (extremely slow)  working, but there is a nagging feeling that I am "off" somehow, and when reading the posts,  and then the person's website of   www.aspoonfulofmedicine.com/ , (I can't remember their user name on this forum).  and their mold story.  As they say:  "the light went on." And  I remembered I lived in a house that had black mold in it for at least ten years.

So once again, gratefully appreciate your reply.
