If using Nattokinase to clear out arteries, etc.how long should you take it for where a dose is 2000FU? I can get it on Amazon cheaper in bulk than in my country, so I need to know how much to buy. Are we talking 1 month, 6 months? Plaque is quite tough so one would expect it to be for a decent period.

stu77000 Topic Author Offline Platinum Member Posts: 540 Thank you received: 395	Thanks guys, but I'm not looking at it for spike protein reduction - I never took the death shot - but for reducing plaque in the arteries, cleaning out arteries, etc. I have no idea what my arteries or heart health is like, so would like to preempt anything.
