I forgot to mention that, the best test is to use 4 oz / 1/2 cup of plain STEAM Distilled Water with
however many drops (3 is usually a good standard), test that with the ClO2 Test Strips,
and use that as a baseline.

Then make up the solution you want to use with the same amount (4 oz) and drops,
and test that with the test strips, and compare that to the baseline "pure" value.

They should basically be the same (color), although it can be a little difficult with the
not-very-accurate color check, but more or less close enough.

And if you want to get even more info, test them at 30 seconds (immediately), one minute,
2 or 3 minutes, 5 minutes, etc. "just to be sure and 'safe' ".
