My husband and I are going to make AK but I have a couple questions.

1. How many ounces is the water in the jar that is used in AK video?
2. What is CDS

I ask about the CDS as I saw when the question was posed and answered that AK said 300-350ml and then someone said he did not do it proper and she said for her CDS.

Oh and are we supposed to store this in the fridge in a brown glass container? Is it OK to have a rubber seal?

I assume AK is Andreas Kalcker.
I don't know a lot about him and his protocols.
