I just wanted to tell people that Dr. Mark Sircus has valuable information regarding chlorine dioxide, and taking it along with magnesium bicarbonate.  You can find out how to make your own magnesium bicarbonate.  It seems we all have to learn about these things through our own research, along with trial and error.  My arthritis completely cleared up taking MMS, however, my nutrients were depleted because I followed the directions in the MMS handbook and didn't take supplements while doing the mms protocols.  Big mistake.  Magnesium is so important, and now that I have stopped the mms and gotten my magnesium levels up, by arthritis has come back.  So while continuing my supplements, I have started take mms but only 4 doses a day, and it seems to be working.  My arthritis seems to be going away.  I will be making magnesium bicarbonate this week to take as well.  Just wanted to share that information with others.  God bless.

If you follow Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook" protocols,
I've never heard of a "nutrient depletion" problem, but I suppose it's possible.

And if you have a problem in the 3-week protocol period with "nutrient depletion",
then you do have some kind of a problem.

If you do a full detox, the arthritis should not return.

But "everyone's different" and all that, so we can only do what we can do.

4 times a day dosing isn't optimal (according to JH).

If you take supplements before and after the dosing period, that would
probably be best.

If you eat a lot of Organic Potatoes, you should not have a "nutrient depletion" problem,
as they are a Perfect Food and are only lacking in vitamins B-12 and D.

But you should eat them without frying them in oil, or with all of the bad stuff
people put on them. (cheese, meats, sour cream, butter or margarine, etc.)

That's very interesting about the potatoes!  I love potatoes.  My arthritis really disappeared when I was on the protocol.  But I think the problem is when I'm around people who got "the shot" I find my arthritis comes right back, and my eyelids get heavy as well and I get very tired.  So we're being exposed to toxins regularly which is why I guess Jim Humble and Klacker recommend a maintenance dose.  So I'm just upping the maintenance dose and it seems to be working.  It's definitely getting better.

But this is obvious.
If you eat less, and less healthy, to accommodate the taking of MMS1, then your body will obviously lack certain nutrients.

That's why you can eat healthy before and after taking MMS1, and supplements if you like.

It's also why I don't take MMS1 every day like some people do. If I get sick or something is going around then I will take it, otherwise I eat healthy and make sure my body get's all the nutrients it needs.

Have you tried Borax for your arthritis. It is a known cure. See the attachment.
