I am planning to start parasite-protocol. I am deficient on many nutrients but mostly on

-zink,
-B12,
-iron,
-magnesium,
-Vitamin D.

Also I am interested in
- B6
- iodine
- other B Vitamins 

I read the MMS book and know about vitamin C, so big no-no. What about the supplements mentioned above? Would they cancel Parasite-Protocol? Pls if possible be specific which one does and which one doesn’t.

And if there is a working way around like taking them in the morning and starting MMS1 at 2 pm. Jim Humble mentioned that about Vitamin C but maybe you guys have more info now? Thank you!

I did the protocol 1000 a couple of times, and stopped my supplements because of what Jim Humble said in his book.  I don't recommend that as my nutrients were depleted and it wasn't good.  Before you start a detox you have to make sure you have all your levels up.  It sounds like you need to do that first.  Also, make sure you're taking lots of magnesium.  The topical is the best (Ancient Minerals has a spray and gel).  I recommend checking out Dr. Mark Sircus as he has a lot of great information about taking your supplements and doing the mms.  Right now I take all my supplements in the morning and do 2 to 4 doses of mms as a maintenance.  I find if I stop taking mms my arthritis comes back.  I hope that helps some.  Take care.

I could be wrong, but I think JH is "anti-supplement" because he thinks
it can or does "feed the illness", but that is probably more true for some
health issues than others. (it's probably or possibly more true for cancers, for example)

I would take the supplements an hour or two before and/or after
the 8-hour dosing period.

I do wonder how you know you are "depleted".
Are you doing blood tests?
Are you guessing?
Are you guessing based on how you feel, or?

If you eat Organic Potatoes, you should have no problems
because they are a Perfect Food, only lacking in vitamins B-12 and D.

You can get along perfectly fine for a couple of months without B-12,
although you should get plenty from fruits and vegetables.
(Apples, Bananas, Blueberries, Oranges, Mangoes, Beetroot, Mushrooms, Butternut Squash)
Although taking some B-12 in the morning, or whenever, shouldn't be a problem.

And you should get more than enough Vitamin D from sunshine exposure,
although a supplement should be fine there, too.

The D and the Zinc are negligible as far as anti-oxidant properties, but check the labels.  Many supplements add "bonus" anti-oxidants to their formula, and I would avoid those while taking MMS.  The other thing IMHO is that the vitB's can be a significant source of nutrient for the parasites, which may be the reason that you are deficient (the parasites are stealing it from you), so use your best logic there.  Personally, I would take smaller doses, if any, early in the day (since the parasites are mostly nocturnal) then make them drink ClO2 and get cut up by DE all day long.

FWIW, I recently had some amazing results doing a Protocol 1000+ (adding DMSO) and working up to 1 Tbsp of Diatomaceous Earth once/day in between the MMS doses.  I was shocked to see the significant quantity of parasites that had survived several MMS protocols and Ivermectin treatments over the past few years, but the DE really broke them up and cleaned them out.  Amazing stuff.

I forgot to mention the others.  Iodine and Mg should be fine with MMS, but I would be cautious with the iron.  We used to use ClO2 to precipitate iron and manganese out of the river water for removal prior to water intensive industrial processes like paper making.  It was very reactive with it, and I would expect iron supplements to be problematic here.

I have taken P 1000 several times for 3 - 4 weeks. It energizes me at first but over time I feel more tired and depleted. I think the advice of not using Vit C and antioxidants is inferior. Now I believe that the antioxidants do NOT stop or slow oxidation but rather deal with cleaning up the trash and harmful chemicals that oxidation produces naturally. So now CDS early am to 4pm and after that VIT C 1gram, R-ALA 300mg, Aloe Vera.... so that the body can recover better from the clean out.

The ANTI -ANTIOXIDANT messages may have been overdone or based on some misunderstanding. Of course do NOT take CDS at the SAME time as antioxidants.

Andreas Kalcker once claimed Vit C would get rid of too much CLO2, if taken too much by accident. He then changed it, finding out it would make it WORSE and to rather take 5 grams of baking soda in a cup or 2 of water.
Fun Fact: Vit C = Ascorbic Acid converts to Hydro-ascorbic Acid, which is the form of Vit C that can get into all cells and is a STRONG ANTI-VIRAL, with a life time of 6 minutes.

I think green tea polyphenols reacting with CLO2 produce HOCL, not so bad either.

After doing a parasite protocol you must continue taking anti parasite medication at least once a month forever, or you will be full of parasites again in no time. The eggs are airborne and everywhere.
if you leave an hour between taking MMS and anything else, you can take whatever you like in my opinion. I have never had an issue.
