I made this Tracking Sheet Status Report Log Form PDF
to make it easier to keep track of where I am in Dosing.
And it's a nice log of activity over time.

It helps because sometimes I have to do something and can't take a dose
and skip it, or I forget what I did last time, etc., and I can look back and
see what I've done.

Attached is an image example of a partly filled out sheet.

I just fold it in half and mark at the top and cross out the unused bottom
when I am done with a day so I don't accidentally fill in something wrong.
