I am wondering if MMS can cause dehydration.  I'm aware that if you are having a herx reaction that can cause dehydration.  What I'm wondering is if you aren't having a herx reaction can you still have some dehydration from mms.  I assume that DMSO can definitely cause dehydration.
Thank you.

Louise,

I think so but only temporarily and minor. Whenever you suddenly drink 1 Liter more water, without any salts it leads to a temporary diuretic effect. Teas do it too. Often recommended is drinking some small amounts of clean ocean water er electrolytes to compensate.

Do you take Colloidal Silver?

That's interesting about the ocean water.  I went to my naturopath/nurse yesterday and I got some salt with minerals which I'm using now.  It really makes a difference for absorbing the water!  I have tried colloidal silver, but I think I remember not liking it too much.  I think it made me feel sick for some reason.  Is that supposed to help with hydration?

...was asking about colloidal silver as your user name has...SILVER in it ☺ - being an alternative to CDS.

I've read that Distilled Water can cause some dehydration, maybe in Jim's book,
and elsewhere, too.
And it leaches minerals from your system.
So drinking additional non-distilled clean water is a good idea.
And maybe an electrolyte water or liquid of some sort.

It's been my experience and study/research that Colloidal Silver is good,
but, like basically everything else, it doesn't come close to ClO2.
