So what foods are people eating that are low enough not to interfere with the protocols? I have looked at many lists but i would like to know from the forum. So far it seems like eggs, celery, pumpkin seeds and brown rice are ok. I appreciate any info.

I would also like to see some suggestions of ok meals. I have eaten a weston a price like diet for 25 years, Bone based soups, meat, veggies organ meats once/week, lots of garden fresh veggies, herbs and fruit. Now I have gone to no fruit, no herbs or spices, no fresh greens. Just meat, fish, broth and veggies.

What do people eat on this program???

I personally would only worry about foods fairly high in antioxidants,
and I probably wouldn't really worry about any foods too much if I was
eating them two hours before and after the dosing period.

Beyond that, Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook" talks
about the foods and drinks to avoid because they interfere with the
MMS/CDS. (alcohol, caffeine, citrus, chocolate, etc.)

And I always suggest people follow a fairly strict vegan dietary lifestyle,
preferably "McVegan", especially if they are sick and trying to get well.
You can always revert to poor eating habits after you are better.

See my website, link below, under McVegan Dietary Lifestyle in the menu.
