I take them at night…with antibiotics you need to space them out at least 2 hours but I have no idea if it makes sense to take them while on the MMS protocol. Any idea? Thank you.

I don't know absolutely for sure, and I doubt if anyone does.

You might want to take them an hour or two before and after your dosing period.
Just to be "safe". ("safer") (?)
