I wish I had photographic memory I could relate a few more than those I relate here....

I have found a correlation between being toxic and having vertigo.

Ginger paste from Walmart seems to help with nausea.

Coffee enemas help with detoxing

My FIR sauna is perhaps the best way to detox. Look into using a Niacin flush to maximize the effectiness of the detoxing of a FIR sauna.

This book over complicates it but will be a start::

I think in the long run that MMS or CDS will help in the detoxing department.

There is a tinitus protocol in the CDS book that uses CDS and DMSO -perhaps that will also help with vertigo.
I am going to try it as I also have tinnitus.

AFAIC, there is NO better Detox than "MMS".

It usually works MUCH better than all others and works for "everyone",
whereas the others don't work as well, or as well for some people.
