My FIR sauna is perhaps the best way to detox. Look into using a Niacin flush to maximize the effectiness of the detoxing of a FIR sauna.

I think in the long run that MMS or CDS will help in the detoxing department.
There is a tinitus protocol in the CDS book that uses CDS and DMSO -perhaps that will also help with vertigo.
I am going to try it as I also have tinnitus.
