You mention being a vegetarian, you may want to try a low oxalate diet. The genetic type, severe  hyperoxalemia, caused by lack of an enzyme result in toxic high oxalate levels that can  cause severe arrythmias. But  "healthy" diets are so full of high oxalate foods that you might be consuming enough to put yourself in a range that comes close to the levels seen in genetic disease. Sally K Norton's website and book are a good resource. it's worth a try. Oxalate depletes potassium neccessary for nerve conduction.

I would be slow to do the ablation. I have several patients live for 30 years with a-fib. There must be better ways to heal from it.

Thanks to the above iodine cure, I will keep that in mind.

Thank you all!!!

Hi, Last Year i bought a physical Copy of Jim Humbles book Breakthrough The Mineral Suppliment of the 21st century...towards the back of the book, chapter 21 he mentions other cures that have lost/censured/blocked and Dr Matthias Rath came out with a book called Why Animals Don’t Get Heart Attacks … But People Do!  and has a chapter on AFIB  and how to repair AFIB  you can read it free online and download chapters.. This book seems to me to be the missing piece.

Thanks for this. Interesting reading.

Believe me, I am not looking forward to having part of my heart cauterised. My first cardiologist told me that no one dies from atrial fibrillation - it's the strokes that it causes which are fatal. For that reason I take blood thinners religiously. I have no doubt that I can survive with AFIB - I've done it for over 10 years so far. However - it is like running a 4 cylinder car on 3 cylinders. I live on an acreage and find it difficult to do anything requiring any deal of effort. On the positive side, Cardiologists rate ablations as a 2 out of 10 in the range of various heart operations.
If there was a better way to heal from it I would do it. The reality is that it has gotten worse over time until it is now permanent.

The Sally K Norton information is mostly fallacious and is a super-fad diet, just like Atkins, and "Keto", and "Paleo", and all the rest.

If you eat a WELL-BALANCED plant-based Vegan diet high in carbs, low in fats, with low sugars and salt, and NO concentrated oils, you will ALWAYS be MUCH healthier than any other Dietary Lifestyle, AND you don't have to worry about things like eating vegetables "high in oxalates", which are in a non-soluable form, and pass through you "unscathed", and only become a problem when you eat animal fat with them, or too much other high-fat foods, which releases the oxalate into your blood stream. As usual, THAT is the REAL problem.

False, oxalates are a concern for some people...my wife being one of them. She suffered from back pain for over 5 years and we had tried every alternative treatment we could find. Our diet has been organic and grass-fed/pasture raised for over a decade so we knew our food was clean. I wanted to try the low oxalate diet to help my condition and my wife decided to try it too just for ease of cooking. Within a week her back pain subsided then she awoke in the worst back pain ever. We went out and bought an organic 90% chocolate bar and she ate one square, there were 20 in the bar, and within 5 minutes her back pain was gone. She was oxalate dumping. We reformulated our meal plan to gradually taper her down instead of going cold turkey and she has been pain free since. It's been three years. If she over indulges she will get a tinge and knows to reel things back. Nothing changed for me. She didn't believe it would do anything and was just being a good sport and going along. Nothing else changed in our diet, we just switched up the vegetables in our existing dishes. Exercise, water consumption, and our weight (both ideal) remained the same. We do not take any prescriptions and we rarely use over the counter medicines. We don't even use off the shelf body products, we make our own. The only change was oxalates, we were meticulous.

NO, TRUE.

As I said, it's the "grass-fed/pasture raised" animal flesh that was the REAL problem.

Wrong, as always...I expect nothing else. You need to read "The Vegetarian Myth", written by a former devout vegan that wrecked her body. You are damaging yourself and are purposely instructing others to do the same. I get you view your lifestyle as more of a religion and are unable to accept contrary evidence. It is not limited to diet, your overt zeal about the CV protocols and vaccines is also apparent. Many here have tried to help you expand your knowledge to assist you down the path of truth. I understand why you have been questioned several times about your membership here, and belief in MMS, yet you espouse the government position on many other subjects. Where do you draw the line about where the FDA is telling the truth and where it is telling lies?

Well said JTF. This fellow is obviously a Covid true believer. You cannot convince these people of anything outside their warped viewpoint. Their Covid fanaticism provides a bedrock of belief (like a religion) for their otherwise empty lives. In their minds, it also gives them power to crap over everyone who disagrees with their outlook, despite the fact that their Covid narrative is rapidly falling apart in a welter of "vaccine"  induced death and illness.
In the post titled "Spike Protein" I related a short story of how my wife overcame a short illness which under the circumstances I believe was the result of shedding. I did it to provide some support for the person who initiated the post and who was concerned about her brother. To me an ounce of experience is worth more than a ton of book derived theory. If he disagrees with me than that is his right and I'll defend that, but his tone was dismissive and overbearing which I resent. It's the same with all posts on this site - he swoops on everyone like some malevolent human bird of prey and leaves a litany of self righteous remarks dismissive of anyone and everyone who has the temerity to express a different world view.
Are there any moderators on this site ? If so - are they applying any basic rules at all?
