would activated charcoal absorb CDS?  or will the CDS since it is gas in liquid be absorbed by body before interacting with charcoal?

I don't know the answer to that except as a guesstimation.

I would use Activated Charcoal on the "off hours" just to be 'safe'.

(before and after the protocol dosing period, one hour or so)

Hello dragon88. If I may ask, why taking two of the same remedies, with similar effect? Is that necessary?

When I first started using MMS, taking activated charcoal would make my health issues return almost instantly. However as time has gone on this does not happen anymore. I hope my own experience is of some help to you.

Isn't activated charcoal what is typically used as a filter in water distillers (i.e. after being turned to steam, water passes through these filters to remove VOCs)? Though, distilled water is recommended for MMS1.

I presume it is fine though?

Hello REminiscon. Charcoal is used for water filtration and distillation, that´s true.
Activated Charcoal absorbs substances that aren´t welcome by the body, especially when moving through the digestive system, cleaning it from whatever causes a toxic condition, food poisoning, or diarrhea from drinking unclean water from a river or lake.
When I travel I take it with me. I don´t see any reason why I should ingest it when I´m healthy, and okay.
