I don't seem to have the ability to do intermittent fasting. So what is the best way to take CDS and still eat? I have been waiting 2 hours after each meal and wait an hour after taking CDS before I eat. Doing this I don't get enough doses of CDS each day. Thanks

The general suggestion is waiting an hour (or two) before and after the protocol dosing to eat.
And 1/2 hour for lunch/snacks. (as in close enough)

So there is no need to "fast".

Just make sure you don't eat/drink the things that you shouldn't while dosing. (lunch/snacks)

If you don't know what those are, see my website, link below.

The following has worked well for me and my dog, who have both been on it quite regularly.

Get up and eat breakfast then set a timer for 1 or 2 hours.  Ideally, you would avoid strong anti-oxidants like coffee, OJ, etc.
Start taking your hourly doses.
Do a little snacking in between doses, but make sure and avoid anti-oxidants while you are dosing.  The attached pdf is a good reference for anti-oxidants.  Some of them surprised me, and once I eliminated them it made a noticeable improvement to the protocol.
Wait to eat dinner until at least an hour after your final dose.
Personally, I also avoid most anti-oxidants, especially the powerful ones like Vit C, quercetin, curcumin, etc. during the month long protocol.  Then, I resume taking those after the protocol is complete- swinging back from mostly oxidant to mostly anti-oxidant.  I have been doing about 1 month every 3 months on the MMS with remarkable results.  My dog has been on it for quite some time with even more remarkable results.

It's always nice to hear testimonial success stories for human and non-human animals.

I recently posted about my switch from "Hourly on the Hour" type of dosing
to using a Countdown Timer on my computer and phone.
Then I don't have to rely strictly to the Clock, and whether you are a few or many minutes late.
I should have done that long ago.
It's "less stressful" and easier.
And I can start when I start and dose "at least" an hour or half hour later, etc.,
without trying to adhere to a strict clock schedule.

I made a sheet where I can cross off what I have done and needs doing next.
That helps so in case I can't remember what I did last, and it keep a report
of what I've done. Image attached.

I will probably make it available for download on my website.
