I just thought I would mention that I have always tried to take my doses
"On the Hour" (or whatever), which is sometimes not easy. And you need to start
at some early hour, depending on your schedule, like 9 am, or 10 am, or 8 am, whatever.

So I would end up taking my dose 5, or 10, or 15 minutes after the hour if that's
the way my schedule made me do it. Sometimes 20.
And then I would take the next one 5 minutes after if it was 10 minutes after before, etc.,
to get back on the hourly schedule. (probably doesn't matter, really, though)

But, if I was 25 minutes late or later, I would skip that does until the next Hour.

I recently started doing Countdown Timers, so it doesn't matter when I start,
or when my last dose was, as long as it was at least an hour ago, or how long
I had to skip a dose past the last hour.

This makes it MUCH easier and MUCH more flexible.

I should have done it this way long ago.

In case others have had similar issues with timing and didn't realize what
I recently realized with Countdown Timers (probably) being a better way to do it.
