Friends,

I started CDS over two weeks ago. I have been throwing up on evenings, rather violently but once im sick its done... gone. I dont mind actually throwing up, i just go through the process.

However because of this i was advised by a friend to lower my dose. So.i did, two days of approx 5ml in a litre of water  protocol C... then i missed a day forgetting my CDS..

Ive ended up with pain in my liver. Is this due to the CDS absence after an initial detox freeing things up i wonder?

any help is greatly appreciated :)

With gratitude

Citta (pronounced  Chitta.. its an old buddhist name given to me by my teacher meaning heart)

There is a very good chance that your vomiting and liver pain are well-known
Herxheimer Reactions from Detoxing too much too quickly.

That is why we use the "Low and Slow" methodology.

Start out with low dosages and slowly build up to higher dosages.

The toxins and pathogens need to be excreted from the body, and this is done
through the intestinal system, liver, kidneys, and skin. (and lungs, etc.)

So there are several things that can happen to those areas if they are
flooded with toxins and pathogens. (which is generally not a good idea in and of itself)
But there is (usually) no need for that.

I go by Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook", and am currently using
24,000 ppm CDS, which is drop-for-drop compatible with mix-activated "MMS".
So I follow Jim's protocols.

From what I've read, there seems to be similar "Low and Slow" methodology
suggested for 3,000 ppm CDS, but I am not really familiar with those protocols.

Why make yourself feel worse when there is (usually) no need for it?
