I have always struggled to take tinctures or drink things like celery juice.  On the detox protocol of 10ml per litre I am finding it hard to drink.  I need to be able to easily drink it or I know I will quit due to the taste. Any tips on what can be added to the water?  I read that lemon/lime juice isn't an option?  How about honey? thankyou...

In Jim Humble's book MMS Health Recovery Guidebook, he states that you can use Coke, Pepsi, 7-Up, and some other sodas to help with the taste. You should read his book.

If I remember correctly, Mark Grenon says you can use Ginger Beer or Sprite, but best to check the ingredients of both.
Not very healthy, but if it's that or quit.....

Just make sure not to use anything Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook" says to not use.

He also suggests that you test the fluid using ClO2 Test Strips (available from Amazon and elsewhere)
to test whether it negates the MMS/CD/CDS. (easy to do)

Companies can change the ingredients used and creation processes without notifying you.
I would steer clear of drinks with HFCS, too. (High Fructose Corn Syrup)

An organic drink of some sort would probably be preferable.
Also, you might only need to add "a dash" of the drink.
Seltzer water might help, too.

I don't know if it makes a difference taste-wise, it doesn't bother me, but I use
24,000 ppm CDS, which is drop-for-drop compatible with MMS, but stronger,
because it is fully activated. So I only add a few drops instead of, for example,
10ml per liter. Maybe it's semi-equivalent.

I would think that honey would probably be okay, but I would test it to make sure.

There is so much information in Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook"
that I have to continually re-read parts and search in it. I just noticed this:

We personally have made up a water jug with purified
water and a little honey and kept this in the fridge to mix
with MMS1 drinks throughout the day. This has helped the
taste to some people’s liking. We do suggest however,
because there are many different qualities and types of
honey, (and some honey is quite adulterated) that again,
the safest thing to do would be to test your drink with
honey water. Use the test strip method, to be sure the
type of honey you are using is compatible with MMS1.

It's good to have the PDF version because you can do searches in it.

You can also use certain sodas and some other drinks to make it taste better.
Might be better to add a little of the flavored drink rather than use it completely.
And, since companies can change their formulas at any time, best to use
the ClO2 Test Strips to make sure the additions do not zero out the MMS.
