Ok so I was told by someone who gave me mms not to leave the chlorine dioxide in the sun, but didn't realize the bottles shouldn't be left out. I left it by the window for a day and then realized it had gotten significantly weaker. It still get's slightly amber (barely) and I can smell it a little, but it really doesn't have that kick. Is it still good? Also, can I keep it in a completely covered container at room temperature? I have the two mms bottles, It doesn't say what they are but I'm assuming it's sodium chlorite and hcl. The stuff when I tried at my relatives was much stronger than when I try it now, and the taste isn't as chlorinated. Wondering if I should just buy some new bottles or not. Also, where is the best place to get them at?

I take it that you have bottle A and bottle B.

Put equal amounts of a and b into a glass and see if the mixture turns "brown" when activating.

The resulting mixture should have an/a cooking oil colour after about 15 seconds.

I always place my "bottles" into an old plastic pill container when not in its "proper" place.

its fine.. have done that previously and mine still worked

dont throw out the product .. use it. if you are concerned, order a new product but continue using this one in between and make sure you use all of it.

just staying in sunlight for a day doesnt destroy your product at all. weaken maybe ,

I keep my large bottles of refill SCS and HCL in the refrigerator.
I leave the small dark-amber-brown colored glass dropper bottles out when I use them,
sub-80 degrees Fahrenheit  temperature.

And my 100% pre-activated 24,000 ppm CDS is refrigerated, too, even the dropper bottle.

The DMSO doesn't need to be refrigerated, afaik.

The products are so cheap, I would buy fresh new if you are using something someone gave you.

I mention where I get my products on my website, link below. (Menu: Using MMS/CD/ClO2)
