I just started an MMS protocol. I’m wondering about antioxidants, I’ve read that you aren’t supposed to have antioxidants while using MMS. So does that mean I have to avoid red onion and tomatoes and other antioxidant rich foods AND antioxidant supplements? Thank you
Imo, and I think this is "correct", 'they' are generally talking about "medicinal antioxidants" (supplements, etc.),
not food or "natural (naturally occurring) antioxidants".
