I give my FIV+ cat MMS/CDS using Pacific Foods brand Organic Free Range Chicken Broth.
I know you are supposed to use STEAM Distilled water, but I would have to force feed it to him that way,
which is pretty stressful.
Luckily, he likes the chicken broth, and it works wonderfully, so that's what I use, and
have been for a few years now very successfully.
There is a dosage limit, though, where he will snub it if there is too much in it,
probably because it smells or tastes like Chlorine.
I never did do the ClO2 Test Strip test with the chicken broth, but I assume it would test as okay,
otherwise it would not be working.
Another of my cats stuck his nose up at the concoction, which sucked.
He could probably smell the chlorine.
I say do whatever it takes to get the MMS into your animal that you have to do,
ideally as easily and low-stress as possible.
How is your dog doing?
