i have recently heard that taking sodium bicarbonate within the same time proximity as mms can cause carbon dioxide to trap in the body, i think this may have caused me some suffering and blood acidity over the last few months.
two days ago i stopped with the BC solution, upped my mms dose from 2 to 4 drops, was breathing great yesterday and now today i am struggling to catch my breath. I woke up this morning severely out of breath. had alot of diahrea and feeling super weak overrall. I may have to see a doctor if it doesn't subside.
Has anyone else struggled catching their breath after upping their mms dose? could it just be from all the diahrrea? appreciate you all for your help.

You are probably experiencing an herxheimer reaction by using too much too fast.
Flooding your body with toxins and pathogens and poisons because you are detoxing too fast
can cause a variety of unpleasant body reactions.

But it could be something else, of course, like COVID, or who knows what.

I always suggest people use the "Low and Slow" method that Jim Humble talks about
in his "MMS Health Recovery Guide Book". (if people are using MMS/CD without reading
and studying his book, I don't think that is a good idea)

I probably wouldn't take Sodium Bicarbonate while I was taking MMS,
but it depends how much you are taking and in what manner.

Hope you figure it out and start feeling better soon, which is the whole point, of course.

"Sorry" I didn't reply sooner. It's unfortunate that no one replied to you before now.
I tend to only come on here every few days or so.
