jmac Offline Elite Member Posts: 171 Thank you received: 139	You can use CDS full strength (3000 ppm) on the skin, or dilute it down a bit if you are unsure. I wouldn't use MMS1 on the skin due to the sodium chlorite and acid activator.

Using MMS1 on the skin is perfectly safe if you follow Jim Humble's
suggestions as outlined in his "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook".

CDS might be "safer" since there is no additional residual acid.
But the acid activator concentration is so low there usually should not be a problem.
