I need to know what we can eat on the protocols. Yes, white rice, crackers, no meat. But that’s too limiting for 8 hours all day long. I’m concerned I may loose too much weight. My lungs have cleared up very well. Landlord never changed air filter for 20 years! Yes, 20 years. He moved me into his rental. I told him I changed air filter every 3 months! Jerk! Sinus & bronchial infections over the top. Any help would be appreciated. God bless! 🔥🙏🏻🔥 HalleluYah Sister

I suggest you check out my website, link below.
(and some of the posts and comments I've made lately)

I talk about a "Dietary Lifestyle" that I think is best health-wise.

You should be able to eat "normally". There are certain things you cannot consume
during the 8-hour dosing period, and after one hour before, up to one hour after.
(see Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook" for the best info, imo)

So, a "regular breakfast" (even Orange Juice, etc.) prior to 9:00,
start dosing at 10:00 or 11:00,
lunch at 12:30 or 1:30,
and then a regular dinner after 5:30/6:30 or 6:00/7:00.
Snacks on the half hour.

Theoretically, you should not have any problems losing too much weight.
Everyone's different, of course.
