I just started taking this because I have been sick for almost 7 weeks now. Coughing, a couple ear infections, congested, my asthma is come back from my childhood and I am 56. Shortness of breath.

I have a few questions on how to take it? When to take it and what I can and can’t take it with. I know to wait to start drinking it two hours after I take my morning meds.  And I understand I need to keep up on my electrolytes and minerals.

I started it yesterday and I took 30 ML‘s in a 32 ounce jug of water and drank it over the next few hours and into the night. I took a break because I had to take my evening meds.

I woke up this morning very tired. I was up a lot coughing like every other night. But I’m very lightheaded and feel like I’m in a fog. Is that normal?

This is all new to me so I appreciate any information. What’s the point of drinking it over a period hours?

I take vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, quercetin, zinc, magnesium, fish oil, my thyroid medicine, my progesterone/estrogen compound pill.

Thanks, Deborah

Sounds like you could be having a Detox Herxheimer reaction.

You are not following Jim Humble's protocols as noted in his MMS Guide Book. (info on my website)
