Hi
I've just started on cds and currently still in starting protocol. I am trying to increase to 1/2 drop P hour but when I did found I got quite brain foggy and tired so I've gone back to 1/4 drop P hour. And still a bit more vague than usual on day 3. Is this common? How long should I persist with starting protocol before any benefit. Treating bout of covid with ongoing infections and general CFS as well as IBS and pain if possible. Also and most importantly can I take this with my medication which is Buprenorphine injections and antidepressants?
ThanksKim

I had some time, so I am going back through the forum to see
if there are posts that no one commented on, and making comments
if I think I can offer something of value. I don't like to see people
"ignored" (not purposeful, I'm sure) when they are asking for help and such.

Everyone is different, so you can only try to do the best that you can.
Sometimes it's difficult to try to read your body reactions, or if you
can, decide what is the best method for moving forward.

Like the protocols mentioned in Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook",
you try the next drop count, and if you get a negative reaction, most likely an
Herxheimer Reaction (in your case "brain fog"), you either fall back to the previous
amount, or cut it in half until you stop feeling worse, and try that for a couple of days
or so, and then try to increase again.

Eventually, you should probably begin being able to increase up through the
dosages suggested in the protocols. Although some people seem to stay
on fairly low dosages for a very long time.

No one really knows why it works this way. We can only do best guesstimation
with anecdotal information.

My guess is that people who have problems with very low dosages are most likely
fairly toxic, which is why they have negative reactions. Although it could (also) be
that they are sensitive to "medication(s)" or being medicated. There is nothing
that can be done about that, if it is what is happening, you just have to try to
deal with it as best as you can. And hopefully experience some or full
Health Restoration at some point.

Generally, "MMS" (ClO2) doesn't react negatively with medications.
It seems, for the greater most part, to only affect the "bad stuff".
You might do a Search on the forum to see if there is any info about the
two that you mentioned.

Are you doing better?
