But, what if taken many hours apart...least 10? Like take MMS in morning and supplements in evening? I didn't have any know health issues but willing to try MMS for monthly detox and clean out any hidden ailments. Thanks 👍

Yes, that is the general idea. Taking supplements in the evening 1 hour after your last dose. CD usually only stays in the body for 1 hour.
