Mark Grenon and others have said it will work against Ebola and the like. If it's a virus CD can probably kill it, though I'm no expert so don't take my word as gospel.

Stock up on SC and HCl (also get Citric Acid because it has a much longer shelf life than HCl, so if your HCl loses it's potency you can use CA) now because my guess is it won't be available in the coming future when the crap hits the fan, and I'm talking about more than just another bio-weapon release, like war.

Yes, Anhydrous (not Monohydrate) Citric Acid would be the way to go. The thinking is it will have a longer shelf life.
For some reason CA prices have skyrocketed in my country, they are up by 300%, not sure if it is anywhere else. Luckily I found a place that had old pricing.

@Cntrundy

I have used this US source to purchase Citric acid and Sodium Chlorite flakes. This is what I use to make my CDS now.

I would think if it is caused by an infection that it would be a great help. But with that said, I suspect most hemorrhagic issues are an extreme lack of vitamin C. If I were treating myself, I would megadose C, and after I was stable, then start MMS. You can not do them together, they cancel each other out.

You can get Citric Acid flakes at any store that has canning supplies. Just make sure you get your calculations right per Jim's book or other great sources.
