I - and I'm sure other people - would like to know which of the 3 methods is preferred the most, after everything is considered: MMS, CDS, or CDH? I'm not talking just about effectiveness, but also things such as taste (specifically, lack of bad taste), lower risk of getting sick from it (such as the Herxheimer reaction), ease of making it/acquiring it, etc.
I am planning on trying one of these, but I would like to know if one treatment has an edge in advantages over the other treatments.

Many of us would much appreciate it if those of you that have tried at least 2 of these 3 treatments can tell us your opinion of the method you like best overall. Again, considering various factors such as I mentioned above (it doesn't only have to be the factors mentioned in the above paragraph, but can also be any other factors that make a method your preferred method).

Even if someone hasn't tried more than one method (or even any of the methods at all), but you have knowledge of all - or even just 2 - of the methods, please weigh in with your opinion.

my 2 cents worth.

I already had 10 lbs of citric acid around, (used for descaling).

Citric acid has a reputation for stomach upset so I decided on the CDS method and followed the Andreas Kalcker protocol C10.

I had nothing I was trying to heal, it was a test run so to speak. I had no upsets.

MMS1 veterans might say CDS isn’t strong enough;

I've tried MMS1, CDH and CDS, and my preferred one is CDS. I only use them for prevention, not to cure anything.

Making a fresh dose of MMS1 8 times a day is too much of a hassle for me.

Making CDH is easy and fast, and you can make a lot of it that'll last many days. I drank it with Hanson's soda to hide the taste, but that added too much sugar to my diet.

Making CDS is a bit of a process, but I only need to do it once a week. I use 18 ml of 3000 ppm CDS in a liter of water. I drink two liters a day. The taste is barely noticeable. I use citric acid to make CDS since I have several pounds of it and it works very well.

Truthseeker Offline Elite Member Posts: 315 Thank you received: 286	Ive used CDS before, but I find I prefer to use MMS. A few drops activated with HCI isn't too much of an issue. I do plan to try out some MMS2 soon though.
