It will depend WHEN (how long has it been sitting on the shelf/in the fridge) it was made and HOW is was stored, like in a fridge.

Personally I wouldn't trust any ready made CDS. You just don't know what you will be getting.
Also CD evaporates at 11 degrees Celsius, so when shipping how much will you lose.

You can of course test it with CD testing strips to know exactly what strength you have.

This company has some new CD products which seem to keep for long periods on the shelf, don't know much about them but here they are
