Hi all,

I’m new here and would normally lurk for awhile to get a feel for the place before posting, but I have a question that needs answering, asap. Please forgive me for being a newb. :)

I started Protocol 1000 Plus, just today. Current dose: one drop MMS1 with 3 drops of DMSO. (The first two doses were with 1 drop of DMSO; the second 2 with 2 drops of DMSO, because I’m new to the DMSO part. But I’m up to the proper 1:3 ratio of MMS:DMSO for the final doses of the day, with just one to go.)  The book (MMS Health Recovery Guidebook) directs us to activate the MMS, add water, then add the DMSO before drinking it all down. Thing is, I have a very hard time drinking even small amounts of MMS in liquid and did Protocol 1000 all in capsules, for that reason.

So, the question is: Is Protocol 1000 Plus effective using capsules as well? I know (according to the book) that the DMSO starts to degrade the MMS right away. Is that effect worse when adding the undiluted DMSO to the undiluted MMS then putting that into a capsule?

It’s what I’ve been doing all day, and I *think* (hope) it’s working, but I’d love some guidance on this.

Thank you all, in advance!

I have resolved the issue.

Yesterday (my first day on this protocol), I took all my doses in capsules, but I noticed that the moment I added straight DMSO to the undiluted MMS, the color disappeared. That didn’t seem like a good sign.

So today I bit the bullet and took a one-drop dose in 4 oz. of water and 2 oz. of apple juice, and was pleasantly surprised to find it quite drinkable. I’m up to 2 drops MMS and 6 drops of DMSO taken this way, and so far so good.

I’m going to test the water/apple juice mixture with chlorine dioxide detector strips, as outlined in the book, just to be sure I’m getting the proper benefit. So far, I’m having a lot less stomach discomfort on Protocol 1000 Plus than I had on Protocol 1000, and I don’t know if it’s because it just less harsh, with the DMSO included, if for some reasons the *capsules* were a factor in the stomach pain before, and taking the doses in liquid is easier on it, or that the solution isn’t working. Hoping for one or both of the first two possibilities.

ETA: Actually, with my first dose today, I attempted to put the MMS in one capsule and the DMSO in a separate capsule, but that definitely does not work! The DMSO disintegrates the capsule pretty much instantly. So my first dose today was MMS only - no DMSO. ;)

Yeah as you mention, Jim says that over time the DMSO weakens the MMS1 in a bottle mix, so adding it directly to the MMS1 mixture, one can only guess that it wouldn't be ideal.

Thank you!

I’m happy to report that I started today with a full 3-drop dose (plus 9 DMSO) in the water/juice mixture and got it down with no trouble whatsoever. Very relieved about that!
