I have resolved the issue.
Yesterday (my first day on this protocol), I took all my doses in capsules, but I noticed that the moment I added straight DMSO to the undiluted MMS, the color disappeared. That didn’t seem like a good sign.
So today I bit the bullet and took a one-drop dose in 4 oz. of water and 2 oz. of apple juice, and was pleasantly surprised to find it quite drinkable. I’m up to 2 drops MMS and 6 drops of DMSO taken this way, and so far so good.
I’m going to test the water/apple juice mixture with chlorine dioxide detector strips, as outlined in the book, just to be sure I’m getting the proper benefit. So far, I’m having a lot less stomach discomfort on Protocol 1000 Plus than I had on Protocol 1000, and I don’t know if it’s because it just less harsh, with the DMSO included, if for some reasons the *capsules* were a factor in the stomach pain before, and taking the doses in liquid is easier on it, or that the solution isn’t working. Hoping for one or both of the first two possibilities.
ETA: Actually, with my first dose today, I attempted to put the MMS in one capsule and the DMSO in a separate capsule, but that definitely does not work! The DMSO disintegrates the capsule pretty much instantly. So my first dose today was MMS only - no DMSO.
