Hi,  I am brandnew here and am hoping someone can give me some suggestions on how to relief my daughter's restless leg symptoms.
What could be the underlying issue for her to even have it? She is a 23 year old college graduate, very adventurous and outdoorsy.
When she was a little girl she already had restless legs, but we never thought much of it, we just went for a walk or on the trampoline.
Now that she has done her own research she 'self diagnosed' as restless leg syndrome.
Can MMS or DMSO or anything else help with it?
Thank you so much for your time to read this and discuss underlying reasons for these symptoms and treatment suggestions.
Erika

The first thing I'd do in such a scenario would be to get my magnesium levels up by use of Magnesium oil spray. magnesium body butter or lotion, and internal supplementation with Trace minerals Mega Mag. Just note that magnesium supplements will contraindicate with some pharmaceutical medications, particularly blood pressure, cholesterol and heart medication.

According to Dr. Mark Sircus (author of Transdermal Magnesium Therapy ) and Dr. Carolyn Dean (author of “ The Magnesium Miracle “), Restless Leg Syndrome is a symptom of severe magnesium deficiency.A quick look at the science of Magnesium deficiency and the effect of it on muscles, nerves and blood vessels can easily prove this medical view. Magnesium deficiency often results in symptoms of anxiety, muscle spasms, muscle twitching, sleep disorders, nausea, fatigue, and depression.

Glad it was helpful. Note that magnesium supplements can have a laxative effect and it's possible they are better absorbed transdermally through spray. Magnesium chloride bath flakes are also a good way to get those levels up. You can also save a lot of money by buying 5KG of flakes, adding 1 cup of the flakes to 1 cup of distilled water and mixing it to make your own spray.

I used to suffer from this as well. Never even knew it was a thing I just lived with it. What seemed to work for me was exercise with the legs. Not sure it will work for your daughter as you say she is outdoorsy and so probably does do exercise with her legs. Anyway, just thought I would mention it.
