Hello! Just started with MMS1 following Jim's book and I'm on day 2 of Protocol 1000. I have eczema on my hands and I've been using the MMS1 spay on my skin every hour or so for the last couple of days. But now my skin on my hands is really red, burning, and swollen and I'm not sure if this is normal or not. I'm not sure if I'm using it to often or not. Any advice would be helpful.

Thank you,
Rich

You are better off using chlorine dioxide solution (CDS) on your hands. Maybe the acid in the MMS is irritating the skin.

Maybe dilute the solution more? How much water are you adding to the MMS1?

Hmm, not sure, my daughter was also using it on her forehead for acne and her skin is irratated as well. I guess I will try to buy some CDS.

Thanks!

I started with the 10 to 1 but in the book he said to go up to 50 to 1 so I tried going to 20 to 1. Today I started new again with the 10 to 1 mix and it does seem to burn less on my skin, so I will stick with this. Thank you!
