I have low stomach acid, as tested with baking soda (didnt burp even after 20 minutes)

and if even I eat slightly too much food, i get stomach ache/fullness that lasts for 7 hours or more
would MMS help with my stomach acid issue? Or any other suggestion?

Thanks

Have you thought about taking digestive enzymes. . Digestive enzymes play a key role in breaking down the food you eat.
Zinc also assist HCL production. But I take enzymes myself before a meal and feel gut comfortable.

It might, but it makes more sense tailoring what you use more specifically to your problem. For example, in addition to what was already suggested Braggs Apple Cider vinegar, HCL supplements. In fact, the acid used to activate MMS on it's own has been used to treat all kinds of issues, including digestive problems. There are also HCL supplements in other forms. MMS in addition to those may help. But it depends on the cause of the low stomach acid too. On some rare occasions H Pylori can create an environment of low stomach acid so dealing with that bacteria may help matters. Therefore both a specific and general solution is what I'd use.
