My chronic insomnia had been under control until starting the MMS 8-26-21. I haven't really had a decent night's sleep since then. Even hefty sleep meds don't seem to help with constant nerve agitation.

I have continued to take B6 since the 2nd day of the protocol, along with l-triptophan at night. I finished the 2nd day of the mold protocol and am not doing well. Suggestions?

I have hypothyroid, chronic Lyme disease, Fibromyalgia, asthma, major food sensitivity. TIA🤗

"I need to understand the mold/clay protocol better." That protocol is in Jim's latest book. His approved protocols are only listed in his book, not online.
